This place was our go to spot for burgers as it is relatively kid friendly, super close to home, and our kid loves the aoup and bread set. However, they moved their closing weekday hours (which was pretty early already) to 5pm! They also took away their weekday happy hour set (fried fish amd chips) since they are closed by the time the happy hour would normally start. The burgers are still good, but we have been going to Shake Shack more, because of the operation hours.

A little dated but the food was good. Good selection of burgers and sandwiches. Service was friendly and plenty of seating.

I like the seatings facing the road. You can find good burgers at reasonable prices. Drinks are as nice too, takeout available too

Homework's is a solid 4-star sandwich and burger place. The burger was tasty, but I asked for mine on toasted bread (like a patty melt), and they served me a bun. This should not have been hard to get right, as this is a sandwich place! They apologized and wanted to redo the burger, but it was already the last order served to our table, so I took it as it came. The burger was well cooked, but the avocado add-on made it extremely messy. The shrimp salad sandwich special and the soup and 1/2 sandwich orders were good, and the ingredients were fresh. The kitchen is open, much like an American diner, and that's what Homework's tries to be. It's not worth a special trip, but it's worth checking out if you are in the area. Overall, this is a place to go if you want something resembling a diner experience in Tokyo.

Avocado Burger wasnt bad, but it was cooked “well done” and, well, thats overcooked. (i like my burgers medium) But I wasnt asked how i wanted it cooked and i didnt ask either. Onions Rings were exactly what i get at a diner in the US and the lettuce and tomatoe on the burger was as you would expect too.

Last went here over 3 years ago and still as great as I remember. The staff are very helpful and it’s a very relaxing atmosphere. And the burgers are cooked so well! Would recommend the onion and teriyaki sauce!

Homework's used to be one of the limited premium burger/sandwich place maybe 10 years ago or so. But now, there are many other options and competition is fierce. Objectively, although the quality is still great, I wouldn't recommend it if you were looking for a burger. One extra star for nostalgic value.
